Cycling VLCD 26?! I think

Hi All - so yes I know I should be on P3 - however over the weekend everything went a bit pair shaped!!! Actually started Friday night. My life took my down an emotional turmoil! and never the less on Saturday I was up to 127.4lbs (2.4lbs gain) and then the after math of Saturday was not pretty but my taste buds were in heaven! and gained a further 4lbs bring me up to 131.4lbs on Sunday morning. Yes that is right in a few days I gained a whopping 6.4lbs - so in the state I was in I decided to treat as planned interruption and jump back onto HCG as still had some left in the fridge. So Sunday I did a load and jumped on VLCD twenty something I think 25.
However I made the decision on Sunday not to weigh myself until Friday and see where I end up after 4 VLCD days ( hoping to back in the late 120's).
I'm so emotional at the moment - and food seems to be my distress call. A lot is going on in my life and has been since last November...and struggling with good days and bad.
And lets say this past weekend was a very bad one.
I have tried to pull myself together and jump back on HCG as a little left in the fridge - see how I can keep going then see where I am and how I feel in my skin.
At the same time - to combat the emotional eating I've decided to take up a new hobby - Jewelery making...just something to stop me snacking in the evenings as I'm one of those that eat when I'm bored. I've ordered some stuff from Ebay and now just awaiting for it to arrive.
Here is a pic of me as of this morning....Can't even tell you what weight I am - if I had to guess I would somewhere in between 132lbs-128lbs.
So I guess I've just done what is called Cycling - will post another update on Friday with my results from this week.

P3 D2 - YAY! Baking!

Hi All, so quick HCG update I'm on D2 of P3 and up 0.6lbs - not too unsettled by it.
I will see what the next few days bring before I get worried.
However what I have really been doing the today! I Baking a cake for my cousins daughters 1st birthday party. I decided to make a fairy cottage cake - however did come close to being a disaster ....but I think I've salvaged it and hopefully will be good enough.
Been a bit of a struggle as unable to try anything to see if it tastes ok- guess I will just find out tomorrow.

As well as making a birthday cake - I've made some cake balls

and a few cookies for my kids! As when we went shopping earlier my son said "mummy those cookies look with chocolate  and smarties on top", so my response was "sweety how about mummy make you some instead of those very expensive ones - mine will be better !!! hahah!"
 Amazingly he was happy with that.

VLCD 24 - and LIW

SO its come to that point at the end of my HCG journey. My new LIW was 125lbs from this round ( last round was 124.6lbs) so not much in it to be honest. Now not sure about you guys - but I find that HCG goes in to my body very quickly ( as in by 2nd day of injections - I'm not hungry) but at the same time leaves my body quickly too. So I have only ever done the 72 hours VLC after the last injections so (2 more days). Which means for me today I my last VLC Day - I have done this with every round and not had a problem. To be honest only just realised that I'm suppose to do 3 days with no HCG on VLCDs. Opps but I've been fine doing it that way.
So Yippeee going on to P3 - which I do enjoy due to the variety of food choices you now have..but still limits me on eating out..as being a vegeterian it makes it difficult as most places have very carb-high foods like pasta and bread.

So my plan of action is the following:
  • Start the Kettleworx DVD's & Zumba atleast 3 times a week each ( going to alternate each night)
  • Stay on P3 as long as possible (will try the 3 weeks at least) 
  • And try and stabilise

VLCD 21 - almost at LIW

Well...yesterday morning I weighed in and lost 1.8lbs from doing an apple day on Friday!! Which means on VLCD20 I was 24.8lbs which is only 0.2lbs away from my last LIW....Thinking I would get there today...but NO. I stayed the same.

Ohh well - tomorrow is my last injection concluding the 23injection round. I think I've had enough now. My goal was to get to 120lbs but honestly I can say I'm happy where I'm at - Those amazing boyfriend Next jeans fit...a little snug but fit wore them on Friday and today..and I'm really unmotivated to continue, just now want to start the rest of my life. Exercising and maintain/stabilizing at this weight.
So my plan: Will take my last injection tomorrow, then on to P3 for 3 weeks and start toning and working out. Onto P4 for 3 weeks....and see where my body has stabilised....then will see if I can slowly and healthily get down to 120lbs...but no rush and no expectations.
let see what my body does.

VLCD19 - and down 1lb - Finally!

SO- finally down a 1lb and have hit 126.6lbs only 2lbs to the my lowest LIW. However whats more frustrating is my Hubby has been loosing about a 1.5lb daily for the last few days...UGGGG Men. Why do they loose it faster?! Its definitely not fair....
So I'm almost certain that Monday will be my last injection as I'm now gagging for P3 - actually P4 but I will have to wait another 3 weeks. However P3 is a good compromise.
My Boyfriend fit jeans now fit...yay...still a little on the snug side but definitely wearable ( as I wore them to work today).
Let see what the next few days bring....

VLCD18 - Yoyo

Hi All, So its VLCD18 and I'm yo-yoing around....Still on 127.6lbs and LIW was 124.6lbs which means 3lbs to go and goal for this round was 120lbs which means 7.6lbs to go ...GULP>>>
I some how think that will not happen.
I think I've had enough of HCG and want to begin my life...but there is only One thing stopping me! Which is the pair of jeans I bought from Next in the sale before I went to India. They always run small and are a size 10 (UK) which all my other size 10 stuff fits...but these were just right when I weighed 124lbs! They do fit...but doesn't look pretty ( Muffin top) if you know what I mean.
So the question is doing finish the round on Monday (23rd Injection) or just wait until the they fit again?! I have really lost momentum and not sure if I will find it again.
I'm happy enough to STOP on Monday and maintain and stabilise in P3/P4 then after try and loose those few extra pounds on my own.
What do you?! So hard to stay focused.

VLCD 15 update & long vs short

Good Evening all...
So now on VLCD 15 and down 0.2lbs again...that is the 3rd day in a row..and still 129lbs which is 4.6 over LIW. I have no completely lost the motivation...the only thing keeping me going is Hubby is doing round 2 and wants to complete the 23 injections. So my orginal plan was to do 40 days...however I think I will be lucky to get to 23 and probably only loose another 0.5lbs at this rate.
In the past this is normally what happens - after the first 10 days I only loose another 2lbs or so..even when I did the first long round had the same thing.
So I put on the Jeans I bought before the summer holidays...they now do button up but a too snug!! So as soon as the fit fine...thats it i'm done regardless what the scales say.
All I want to eat is food - nothing in particular just more of it...actually looking forward to P3 as more variety is available! and i have missed having breakfast!

BodyMedia Fit & P2 Update (120's Baby!)

So I wanted to tell you about my bodymedia fit ( AKA Ki FIT/BodyBugg), I purchased mine from the US as so much cheaper but they won't ship outside of the States, so I got it sent to my brother who lives in California and he kindly sent it on to me. Doing it this was was alot cheaper as costed me about £120 with 6 months subscription then $6 a month there after - if I had bought from the UK its £300 for 1 year then £10 per month there after. So you can see why I've gone to the US for mine.
The nice thing is the BodyMedia BW is bluetooth and links up to the Iphone with means to can see how many calories you have burnt on the go ( and not needing internet connection- with is a bonus!)
So - using heat flux, temperature, movement, and more science-y stuff this little gadget tells you how many calories you burn with 95% accuracy.
The reason I wanted to one, was to see how many I burn - to find out how much I should eat. You do have to enter into the program what you eat ( as American - only has American foods & terminology I.e. Zucchini Vs Courgette) so I tend to use my fitness pal or My Net Diary they are both very similar and has UK foods in the listing which is great :) 
I've now had mine for 3 months...and love it..only time I dont wear it is when in water ( shower, swimming,etc) and when I went on holiday ( as was in and out the water and didnt want a horrid tan line lol)
I have plenty of friends and family who want to have a go on it when I'm done...however not sure if I ever will be...Its great I love it.
I think everyone should get one - it also tells you how well you sleep which is an added bonus.
Quick P2 update - this morning to my suprise I was down 1.8lbs...:D
Which means I now officially back down in the 120's ( well 129.4lbs - but still in the 120's)

VLCD - 12 Weight dropping very slowly now!

So my big release today was only 0.2lbs ( better then nothing) which means now I've come to that in the HCG cycle where losses are tiny..the 0.2lbs the 0.4lbs and the goose eggs!!
So this is where motivation is key...and considering mine isnt the strongest now...this will be a struggle.
Now I can try and pyscho analysis the 0.2lbs like I did Zumba yesterday and burnt 320 cals ( accoarding to my bodyfit media- I will actually blog about this tommorow!) plus to compensate I had an additional protein ( A egg white Protein shake by Holland and Barrat - picture below) so could be a combination of things...or just the slowing down in the cycle. I will take each day at a time and see where I go.

VLCD11 (I think) and realism!

Hey Hcgers -
So I lost another 1lb this morning :D, with is great HOWEVER I'm loosing motivation. Initially I was planning to do a 40 Day round as I want this to be my final round. But now I think I've had enough of HCG. Still Currently 8lbs over LIW and another 2 weeks of injections to go for a minimum round, I might just get to 23 injections and call it quits. I think its hard when you have been at Goal and gain it back.
I think the reason I gained everything back was the following
  • Only did a short round of 18 injections - only because I supporting hubby on his first round, and had a full 5000IU vial...I didn't want to waste the rest, so joined him. I know why the protocol says 23 injections
  • I then only did 1 week of P3 (Strictly) 
  • 14 days in P3 I had to go to India for work and was treated with business class and couldn't resist the food and luxury I was offered. 
  • In the 12 days in India I gained 8lbs ( most of what I lost in R4)
  • Then 4 days later went to an All Inclusive Mexican Riviera Holiday 5* for 2 weeks ( where we also renewed our vows) and again another 8lbs.
So as you can see....a little messy.I think with some healthy days I would have come back down to early 130's but not to 124.6lb my Last LIW (as I know I didn't stabilise and short round).

I feel I want to start my new life of healthy eating, maintaining and stabilising and Foremost TONING...I have been left with a fair bit of loose skin. SO more kettle bells and Zumba should help.

YAY Done It - Holiday BOOKED!!

So....I'm in the process of booking next years holiday!! Recommend by none other the Jenny HCG (My inspiration) and many others since looking into it....Yes The Caribbean Disney Cruise has been planned for Oct 2012 - yes I know still a long time away but amazing they ship does not have many rooms left?! Must be popular.
However the most frustrating thing is...it seems to be very american...no British travel companies have any marketing for it?! Strange I know...it actually prices up very similar to the Royal Caribbean Freedom ships in the Med and the NCL Epic.
We thought long and hard ( just under a week ;)) and thought if we dont do it soon, the kids might not enjoy it as much.
I'm not a huge Disney Fan as such...but we went to EuroDisney last summer and the both Josh and Kassi loved it...actually most nights they tired me out!
The only problem with booking it so early is that now all I want to do is go on the cruise! At least its something to look forward to. So now that gives me 13 months to finish this round..get to goal and maintain and stabilise before my next potential hiccup!

VLCD 9 - The Day After my Big FAT CHEAT!!

So morning weigh in was a nice 3.2lb release...however still need to loose another 2.6lbs before I can wash this Cheat!
Since the Cheat..I've been an angel..no more cheats..and trying to keep strict.

VLCD7 - cheat!

Hi all...well everyone tells you not to cheat on P2, and thought it cant be that bad but let me tell you, DON'T DO IT!!!
So, me and my hubby (also on P2) took the kids to bowling last night as treat before school starts, ordered them a veggie kids platter which consisted of a veggie burger, veggie nuggets, onion rings and chips (Fries in the UK)...lets say look amazing...the kids ate the onion rings and fries and a few of the veggie nuggets. They were just sitting there looking ohh so yummy, and some how the veggie burger patty jumped into my hand into my mouth! Ohh dear that was just the start, 1/2 a veggie burger (small) & veggie bites popped in...hubby ate the other half, then ordered another platter so another veggie burger, breaded fried mushrooms, chips & Curly chips ended up being digested!
Now wanted something sweet, since I knew I blew it so ended up having a few bowls of sugary cereal (my weakness). Thinking that I will gain a couple of pounds at the most...I woke this morning to a MASSIVE 5.8LBS gain...my hubby who had 4 beers gained 2.2lbs....what the ....yeah exactly!!
SO today I've been an angel P.O.P and hope to try and re cope.
I feel so angry at myself as probably lost up to 2 weeks of effect!
Motivation is slowly dieing ..trying to hang in there!

Verdict from scales swop & motivation

Hello Hcgers...
So after my new scales arrived and weighed back on them to have a 0.8lb gain....however hubby gained 1.2lbs due to the scale swop. Just shows how different scales weigh.
Motivation: initially I thought I had great motivation for this round, its only VLCD 5 and I'm struggling already! Not drinking enough water....getting really hard.
I think I need to have a long hard look at my self ( or maybe try on the new Jeans I bough before India which did fit, and don't now!)
I'm relatively happy with myself..except that my new clothes I bough before the summer are too tight!

VLCD4 - change of scales!DOH!

Hey, So I started a new round on Sunday with a 1 day load starting VLCD on Monday and on Monday morning my fab MIBODY scales stopped syncing with the USB so ended up taking them back to shop. With more on order with weren't going to arrive until today - I used my cheapy travel scales daily with were £6 from Ikea - they are not bad but probably not too accurate.
Good news is my scales arrived today...however as I was setting them up I tested to see what the weight difference was...my Ikea weigh me 2lbs lighter :( which mean the 6.6lbs I thought I lost is only really 4.6lbs ish!

What a bummer!!! I wounder what tomorrow will bring!
Recap I lost 1.6lbs this morning - however I assume I will gain due to the change in scales!

New Round - hopefully last?

Hi Hcgers...
So been a little MIA recently..so let me explain why. 
On July 23rd I had to go on a business trip to India ( travelled business class and 5 star hotel!)...we lets say the Emirates effects caused a massive 6lbs gain over night! Cheese, Champagne, and Godiva Chocolates were the main culprets!
My colleages said I would get "Dehli Belly"...and loose weight, so thought I'd indulge alittle. However to my disappointment I did not get ill! Instead gained 8lbs in 12 days due to the rich hotel food!
Then returned home on the 5th Aug to then go on my family holiday to the Mexican Riviera Maya - where we stayed in a 5star all inclusive resort and gained another 8-10lbs! GULP!!
I was never going to do another round...Lesson learnt - never say never!
As most of you know I jumped on another round started with a 1 day load on Sunday 28th - at a start weight of 140.2lbs ( LIW 124.6lbs - with a low of 122lbs). I did not gain during load with was a pleasent suprise - but concidering I felt I had been loading the 6 weeks before! 
I'm now VLCD3 and already down to 135.2lbs, I was planning on doing a long round as stabilised really well after my 1st long round, but I see how I get. 
Now as you know my last round I only did 18 injections ( only because I was supporting Hubby with his first and didnt want to waste the HCG and was my last vial) but I now think it was too short and although I maintened I dont think my body stabilised. 
So my new mission is to make I stabilise - my next potential hiccup is not until Christmas so I have plenty time to to maintain. 
After alot of waffle....I say goodnight

R4P3D8 Zumba !!!!

I went to a Zumba class on Thursday....and I really enjoyed it, however didnt feel it was as good as a workout....BUT then I bought the Zumba Game for the WII! Well...intially set it hard and started...boy what a mistake that was. 
So then went back to the tutorial and set up on easy, did a the 20 min beginners workout and to my suprise sweating like a pig my Body Fit Media registered 18mins of vigorous activity!!! YAY

So I my plan is to alternate my workouts with kettleworx & the Zumba WII - which should give the best of muscle tone & cardio.

P3 spicy omelette


4 Egg whites
Pinch Cayanne Pepper
50g Mushrooms
50g Broccoli
50g Spinach
1 slice of Cheddar cheese broken into peices (25g)
5 Jalapeno rings

saute the veg, mix egg whites, jalapenos, and cayanne pepper ( plus any other herbs you want to add) pour over the veg, cook a few minutes then place under the grill for a minute until set. 
Add cheese and grill until melted - splash of hot sauce!

P3 Quorn steak veg wraps

75g of lettuce in cups
100g Broccoli
100g spinach
100g courgette
100g aubergine
75g mushrooms
150g Quorn Steak strips
100g garlic and herb cream cheese
80ml unsweeten soya milk light

saute the steak strips for 3-4 mins, then add the veg. saute until soft and cooked, add milk and cream cheese and cook for another 5 mins. 

and serve!  

P3 Fage & Jelly


Easy quick desert 

150g Fage 0% Greek Yogurt
1/2 pint of Sugar free Jelly

And mix it together....

easy as pie!

P3 Chocolate Meringues

2 egg whites, at room temperature
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/2 cup sugar substitute
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder, lumps removed
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


Preheat oven to 250°F. Place egg whites and cream of tartar in a clean bowl or electric mixer fitted with whisk attachment. Whisk at highest speed until whites form soft peaks that hold their shape when you lift the whisk. Add the sugar substitute, 1 tablespoon at a time; whisk until whites turn glossy and form stiff peaks that hold their shape. Do not underbeat. Whisk in cocoa and vanilla until blended. 

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Fit a large star nozzle into a pastry bag. Fill pastry bag with meringue. Pipe 20 meringue kisses onto prepared sheet. Bake 30 mintues, until crisp and dry. Turn oven off, let cookies cool in oven for 30 minutes. Remove from baking sheet.

P3 Pancakes


2 Egg whites
1 Egg
15g Milled Flaxseed
15g Whey Protein
3oz unsweeten Light Soya Milk

Beat all the ingredients together, and make pancakes as usuall. I added a tbsp of peanut butter and strawberries to mine. 

Made 3 pancakes. 

P3 Quorn cheese Omelette

I made this P3 friend Omelette for dinner...very high in protein.

6 Egg whites
50ml Unsweetened Soya Light Milk
1 Egg Whole
150g Quorn Chicken Pieces
30g Half Fat Cheese ( Mature)
50g Mushrooms
50g Courgette
50g Broccoli
50g Bell Peppers
Mixed Herbs and spices to taste

Saute over medium heat the veg and quorn. Once cooked, remove from the pan, spy with oil. Beat together the egg, egg whites and milk add any spices or herbs ( i added mixed herbs, cayanne pepper and curry powder) and add egg mixture to the pan, add back in the veg and Quorn. 

Let it cook for a few minutes until the bottom looks cooked, then place under the grill to cook the top. Once cooked, add cheese and place back under the grill until cheese melted and browned. 

Splash of hot sauce and enjoy

60g Cottage Cheese
Fry Light Balsamic Dressing
Fry Light Ceaser Dressing
Splash of Hot Sauce

Toss together - yumm

P3 Custard & Chocolate Muffins


100 ml Milk 
1 Egg york
3 tsp sweetner

Heat the milk, then in a seperate bowl mix york and sweetner, then slowly add to milk, reduce temperature and let it thicken slowly.

Serve over the P3 Chocolate muffins and enjoy! 

P3 Chocolate Muffins

1 cup ground almonds
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
...1/8 tsp salt
1/4 margerine
1/4 water
4 tsp unsweetened cocoa
10 tsp sweetener

Mixed and baked 180c for 15-20 mins- make 6 muffins

P3 Halloumi Creamy vegetables


50g light Halloumi
50g extra light cream cheese
100g fresh spinach
100g fresh broccoli
40g red pepper
40g aubergine
1/2 tsp mixed herbs
1/2tsp paprika

In a grill pan, grill the halloumi until brown. Remove and place on the side.
Add vegetables and herbs & spices to the pan and sauté uncooked. Add the cream cheese mix until all mixed in.
Serve in a plate, then break up the halloumi pieces and place on the vegetables.


P3 Strawberry Desert

So part of my lunch today consisted on strawberry desert

50g Strawberries fresh Cut up
100g Fage 0% Greek yogurt
1tsp sweetener

Mix all together and enjoy

P3 Courgette Crust Pizza

 P3 Courgette Crust Pizza, 

This recipe very similar to the Cauliflower pizza crust, but made with Courgette (Zucchini)

1 Cup Courgette
1 Cup Mozzarella
1 Egg
Herbs ( I use oregano & Basil)

Mix the ingredients together, and spread into a oven proof tray ( I use stoneware by pampered chef) Bake in the oven at 200c for 20 mins or so until cooked. 

Tomato Sauce
4 tbsp Tomato Puree
2 tsp Mixed herbs
3 tbsp of water

Mix it together and spread over the courgette crust, then add the toppings of your choice. 

I added Quorn pieces, spinach, tomatos, mushrooms, onions, bell pepper, olives and chedder and more mozzeralla. 

Place back in the oven for another 15 mins at 180c or until cheese is melted & browned slightly.


R4P3D3 update

Hey hey so P3 going well still at 123lbs and here is what I had for breakfast. The almond soya muffins I made yesterday with butter, egg and cheese. Was yummy but it was great on the run. So I have a potential work trip in 2 weeks so may end up cutting p3 short as know that vegetarian p3 food is hard to find on run- specially traveling to India. I hope to find out if I will going on not this week!!

R4P3D2 - Update

Hi all. So I'm going to make a full blown effort to start taking pictures of what I'm eating and posting recipes. 
Today is my husbands 1st P3 day, and is getting very confused on what he can eat and not eat. So I made him some muffins ( like rolls). I used the Flaxseed muffin recipe and plain almond flour muffin recipe. He prefered the Flaxseed one. For lunch he ended up having 3 of them with some margerine and bavarian smoked cheese - like a sandwich. 
Actually it was such a good idea, and i had one too. They are good. like mini sandwich rolls. 

So this morning we went strawberry & raspberry picking at a local village farm. Lets say I eat alot of the strawberries and raspberries. I think overall today i stayed with calories...however if i have a small gain tommorow I wont be shocked. 

I also tried to make for sugar free fat free frozen yogurt...which actually wasnt too bad at all!! I will post a recipe on that one soon. 

P3 Muffins

1/2 cup Ground almonds
1/2 cup soya flour
1tsp baking powder
1/8tsp salt
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup water
2 eggs

Bake at 180c for about 15minutes.
Makes 6 muffins, 

P3 Flaxseed Muffins

Baking Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/8 tsp
Sweetner 1 tsp
Water, tap, 1 fl oz 

Milled Flaxseed 7 tbsp
Egg 1 whole
Canola Oil1 fl oz

Mix all together and bake for 15mins at 180c. Makes 3 muffins.

P3 - Halloumi Salad & Apple

Grilled Halloumi Salad

34g Light Halloumi
100g Lettuce
1oz Red Pepper
1oz Broccoli
1oz Cucumber
1 Large Cherry Tomato
Balsamic Vinegar
Hot Sauce
Cottage Cheese

In a bowl chopped up and throw in the lettuce, tomato and cucumber and spoon on the cottage cheese.
Slice the Halloumi and place on a hot fry pan, spray with oil, and add the red peppers and broc around it. Flipping every few minutes with grilled and then place over the salad ( i Break up the Halloumi into smaller pieces), add balasmic and hot sauce and yumm ready to eat. 

Add a bowl of chopped apples for a sweet after!

P3 Quorn Curry and Cauli Rice

Quorn Curry + Cauli Rice

5oz Quorn 
2 Table Spoon Tomato Puree
1 Teaspoon oil
pinch of cumin seeds
1 Teaspoon of cumin powder
1 Teaspoon of tumeric
1 Teaspoon of Chilli powder
1 Teaspoon of ground corriander
Small Onion
Pinch of salt
Pinch of stevia
1 Teaspoon lemon juice
Greek Yogurt
4oz Cauliflower ( cooked and riced)

Heat oil, once heated add cumin seeds once all sizzled, add chopped onions, chopped tomatos, tomato puree, salt, all spices and quorn. Add cup of water then let it cook and simmer for 10 mins.
Then add 1 table spoon of yogurt and stir, add lemon juice and serve over cooked riced ( grated) cauliflower. Add some more greek yogurt as required.


P3 - Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Cauliflower Pizza Crust
1 cup cooked, riced cauliflower
1 egg
1 cup mozzarella cheese
Mixed Herbs 
pizza sauce (tomato puree, water and herbs)
toppings (make sure meats are cooked)
mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 450F/230C.
Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray.
In a medium bowl, combine cauliflower, egg and mozzarella. Press evenly on the pan. Sprinkle evenly with fennel, oregano and parsley.
Bake at 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes (15-20 minutes if you double the recipe).
Remove the pan from the oven. To the crust, add sauce, then toppings and cheese.
Place under a grill at high heat just until cheese is melted .

P3 D1 Breakfast - Mexican Cheese Ommlette & Fage Cherries

2 Egg Whites
1oz mushroom
1oz red peppers
1oz broccoli
Slice of Mexicana Cheddar Cheese Irchester
Saute veg, add egg whites cook for a few minutes. Place under the grill until almost cooked, then break up cheese sprinkle on top grill for a another minute or so and serve. Nommmm

Fage 0% 3oz and fresh 25g of cherries and a sprinkle of sweetener

End of Round 4

So I know I've been a bit MIA but I've just finished a quick round 4. I only did it for supporting my husband. I had lost 63lbs and he gained 15lbs. Typical I know however he was getting a bit self conscious! Specially with our up coming holiday to Mexico.
So on fathers day weekend a last minute round occurred. I only had 1 HCG vial left with is hucog 5000iu. Taking 125 iu a day only gives 40 days worth. So decided to do 20 day round each I know its supposed to be 23 but that's all we had, and he didn't want to do on his own.
So I went from 133lb which is 1.2 over LIW to 122.4lb as of this morning. However for the first time I gained a popping 8lbs at load!!! Usually only ever 2-3lbs but wholly Molly 8lbs!! And weirdly I looked 7 months preggo the evening of 2nd load! Lol
I'm definately at goal now, don't want to loose anymore and now on P3 as of today.

Coming to the end of the Journey

So I know I've been a little MIA lately, but have now come to the end of P4 and then end of the journey. 
I'm currently 129.2lbs which is 2.4lbs under LIW. My goal was to get to 126lbs which I'm only 3.2lbs away - but I'm healthy now and within my BMI range. 
Wearing a size UK 8/10 and enjoying the shopping to fill up my wardrobe!! The Picture on the left was taken at the beginning on my Journey back in August and the right was taken at the start of P3 about 3 weeks ago. 
I'm a little more toner now, as started exercising. 
This journey of 9 months has been amazing and I couldnt of done it without my Facebook HCG family!!! You guys have been amazing and inspirational. 
I will still try to get to the 9stone mark ( 126lbs) over the next few months, hopefully before my trip to Mexico!!
Tip I have learned is that on the weekends if I tend to over indulge, a few week days of P3 sorts it back out again! Works like a treat!

Apple & Cheese Day P3

Yesterday I ended up doing the Apple and Cheese day, which consisted of 2 apples and 2oz of cheddar cheese 3 times a day. I eat at lunch about 4pm and then again at 7.30pm, and to my great surprised lost 2lbs this morning! YAY!!!

This was all due to me eating that stupid but delious piece of Dulce De Leche Cheesecake on Friday, and actually didn't gain weight, but I thougth that I'd do the Apple and Cheese day anyway. 

So now currently -2lbs under LIW sitting at 129.8lbs (9 Stone 3.8lbs), I've finally broke into the 120's. 
Today I've been strict so let see what tomorrow brings, and see if I keep in the 120's.

P3D7 - Gains, Gains, Gains VS Apple and Cheese Correction

So today was definately not a good day. I made a homemade Dulce De Leche Cheesecake with I made for my husbands birthday yesterday, while putting it away in smaller tupperware a homeless piece found its way in my mouth - and after the first taste I vacummed the remaining!!! Yes I know naughty naughty!!
Considering I was over 1.4lbs on LIW - after today I'm definately going to go over now :(

So researching online, there is a correction day called Apple and Cheese where you eat 2oz of cheese and 2 apples three times a day. Well I think i will give this ago tommorow and get back down to LIW. Atleast these foods travel well. I have a party tomorrow afternoon and I will just have to take my dinner with me!!
So If I gain I will definately be doing the correction - if I'm the same I'm still hoping to do the correction.

Healthy BMI - R3P2VLCD22

So its been awhile since I've Blogged. I started what I was hoping will be my last and final round day after my son's birthday on 13th of March with a 1 day load. 
Since then, my first week was fab lost about 6-7lbs, and then hit week 2 where i only lost 1lb. Then my lovely friend Yoly on facebook wrote about Apple Cider VInegar. I looked this up and it is suppose to well help with fat breakdown. 
Since then I'm now 13lbs down and finally hit 24.9 BMI - which officially means I'm healthy!!! Wooo hoo
So my goal was always to hit healthy, except I joined Weight watchers last week and want to be healthy there - so I'm going to do another 2 injections and see where i get to, and see if i can weigh in at healthy with clothes and night time weigh in. 

This is progress pics before this round from February. Now currently weighing in at 132lbs (9Stone 6lbs)

Back in the Dress!!!

So exciting times for me!!! I had a bet with my mum and dad about 7 years ago that if I ever got back into my prom dress my mum would take me away for the weekend at the destination of my choice!! 
That is finally here!! I have got back into my prom dress, and i think it fits better now then it did at Prom! even a little loose!
I have now dropped 3 1/2 stones of pure lard from my body and feeling better for it.  

P3 French Onion Soup

My dinner yesterday consisted of a starter of French onion soup - and it was Yummy!!!

4 Large onions sliced
1 Tsp oil
900 ml of vegetable Stock
Salt & Pepper to season

Slice the onions into half rings, then heat oil in a pan. Add onions and cook on medium heat until completed soft and Burgundy/brown about 30 mins. Then add stock and seasoning and let simmer for a further 30mins partially covered. Serve up in bowls.

Mug Bread:
1/4 Cup milled Flaxseed
1 Tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1 Egg
1 Tsp melted butter/margarine

Mix all together with a fork and place in the microwave for approx 2-3 mins. Then let cool slightly ( 30 secs) and tip upside down. Cut into slices and add a few slices to the bowl of soup and sprinkle with cheese, place under the broiler/Grill for a few minutes until cheese golden brown. Butter remaining slices of bread and enjoy!

A little MIA :-

Hey All, So I've been a little MIA lately, I was due to start a round Nov 27th but due to reasons beyond my control I ended up stopping by VLCD 4. I did maintain well thru christmas and new years and Joined the New Years Loaders!! 
I'm currently on VLCD12, and boy I'm struggling with temptation. I have not yet cheated - but the thought crosses my mind about a million times a day!
